Production & AV
Lead: Production Manager
You are the Director of the Sunday morning experience. Much like a production manager on a TV set, your job is to bring order out of chaos. You aren't necessarily the person pushing the buttons or playing the instruments; you are the one ensuring the people who do those things have everything they need to succeed.
Volunteer: AV Team
You are a Digital Architect. You operate the tools that allow the message of the morning to be seen, heard, and shared. You translate what happens on the stage into an experience that reaches every seat in the sanctuary and every screen in our community.
Setup & Teardown
Lead: Setup & Teardown
You are the General of the morning rhythm. You lead the team that transforms an empty space into a sanctuary. You balance the heavy lifting of physical setup with the relational lifting of encouraging and caring for your team.
Volunteer: Setup & Teardown Team
As a member of the Setup & Teardown team, you are a Foundational Hero. You work alongside a team to transform an empty space into a house of worship, ensuring that every chair, sign, and table is exactly where it needs to be to welcome our community.
Hospitality
Lead: Hospitality
This is the ultimate role for a "behind-the-scenes" leader. You are the engine that powers our lobby experience. You balance the logistics of inventory and scheduling with creating a welcoming environment.
Volunteer: Hospitality Team
As a member of the Hospitality Team, you are a steward of the environment. You work behind the scenes to ensure that when a guest or a regular walks into the lobby, they find a space that is clean, generous, and thoughtfully prepared for them.
Greeters
Lead: Greeters Team
This role is a unique blend of organizational stewardship and relational leadership. You are the architect of the first impression, balancing the administrative discipline needed to keep a team running with the personal warmth needed to lead them by example.
Volunteer: Greeter Team
As a Greeter, you are a "Culture Carrier." You create a bridge between the sidewalk and the sanctuary by removing the "anxiety of the unknown" and replacing it with the warmth of home.
